My dad sent me a link. Don't know why I took such an interest at this age but... I bought a 70 amp flux core only welder for $40 and just kept finding steel to practice on. I guess he took notice and sent me the link. No telling where he found it.

On TBN you were contemplating this site and I posted a few comments of encouragement and that led to an invite.

I'm glad to see that this site has not gone 'this brand is better than that one' aka 'Ford/Chevy'.
Also very pleased to see REAL DIY/amateur input happening.
While I consider myself to be an advanced amateur I still have a lot to learn.

And. thanks for the parcel, arrived Monday (attached to my garbage bin, lazy buggers).
