What have you built this year?

Well it's been in the making but God gave me the gift and the ability to do this all by myself .. ongoing since 2013 .. amazing what we can do with steel and some welding wire ( 11 - 10lb rolls ) !

This is an up coming project. I have a small HF horizontal band saw and the stand it is on sucks! Plus it's way to low (I'm 6-2) so I am going to build a taller sturdier table with an in feed table of sorts to support longer pieces.

I had the same problem with mine. So three years ago, I made "outriggers" for each side with locking casters. There are holes at the bottom of each leg already, so I just drilled larger holes and ran nuts, bolts and washers into the plates. It hasn't tipped over yet.

How about re-build?
I did a major overhaul/rebuild of my 3-point snow blower. Does that count?
I re shaped the fan blades as stones tent to twist them.
Hammered the augers back to position.
Replaced all the bearings.
LOL, and that for once while the weather was nice and not below 0.
OK, I'm 2 seasons early but ready.
Onto next project.

16’ log hauler. Found a free weight lifting cage on Craig’s list built with 4” tube and a 3” square tube barn find. I purchased round tube to align the axel spindles then cut the center section out.

I had to grind and reweld a lot. Used a Lincoln 225 tombstone.

Had to make new tabs for my skidloader fork plate. Ripped the old ones off diggin sweet potatoes! (big tater got it! ya, right! LOL) anyway they were needing rebuilt a long time ago, (30 years to be exact!) but I got them done now and heavier than before!
First pic they are just tack welded to test location. second pic is overhead showing the location of the pair. Third is the pieces I had to cut and grind to shape. and forth pic is on the loader. New Holland has a simple set-up but tricky to get proper location of tabs!

1st post, Built around 15 yrs ago, my welding carts used an old Lincoln 100 amp flux core welder, repurposed craftsman 22gauge bottom box I almost scrapped, welded to 3/16 angle iron lying around, old repurposed Yamaha snowmobile track axle for the rear, old swivel casters for the front, green hanging hooks and "handle" are made from old repurposed steel shelf cross bracing. 15 yrs and still going strong lol. Next to it is my small cart for my stick welder all repurposed steel and accessories.
