Which Wire and Gas on the Yeswelder MIG-205DS?

Have been setting up for MIG but thinking maybe fluxcore would be better. Doing welding to galvanized, of course it will be ground down, but outside. Will the gas blow away?

Which Wire and Gas on the Yeswelder MIG-205DS?

Got a 20lb bottle of CO2 for the fizzy water and Ignorance being bliss, that and the set-up video had it, thinking 0.035" wire. Bought this for one job, might need a bigger bottle of the CO2. Wondering if it is worth going with the Argon gas... Any suggestions other than hire a good welder...

    Land Planes for road maintenance

Consider a landscape rake with wheels. Have a blade with 2 angles and tried a box scraper. My 7' rake needs 2 hydraulic rams welded on to really make it work more than me switching and adjusting the angles. A pro told me years ago, but I am slow and he did tell me..over and over.

    Cold cut saw?

No one has mentioned costs. Have a Harbor Freight abrasive, aware of the limitations, it was short money, with coupon. What should I expect to pay to cut stainless tubing for a bike turbo?

Battery Tie-down, Solar Golf Cart Batteries

Not a solar golf cart, Promaster van with solar batteries, 6v Golf cart batteries are big many amps and a value, pretty cheap. Used 1" angle iron with square tubing. Should have cut the angle iron longer to give wiggle room, but the welder spaced them out and saved my bacon from the fire.
