Ok,,, was in a hitch assembly and was assembled internal when built. I cut a window and got it out, thye pins all worn and the threads stripped out. I wasnt thrilled about 1 nut so I timed 2 and weld some ears on it. After I did it figured out a slightly easier way but this goes inside a tube never to be seen again. I enlarged the holes a bit in the frame, the pins now one size bigger.
\ If I think about it will get a couple pics of this whole scheme. Any egged holes in this were simply upsized and larger pin installed. Took a long time to wear and break under heavy use, it will never see that much service again. With all holes tightened up should pretty much last indefinitely.
