Wood cart

I had a wood cart from Canadian Tire lasted about 2 season. Decided to make my own and practice be some new skills.

Ordered a JD 32 model Bender and die. But it was backordered for 4 months. So decided to use the forge to make my 90 degree bends as I needed the cart to bring in our daily wood.

Was an interesting little project with lots of different angles for the bends and such.

But turned out pretty good for me.

Daughter picked the color.

Bender finally arrived after cart is built.

For what you had to work with, it turned out ok, more importantly it functions as you wanted it too.

JD2 makes a hood product, a couple guts I know in the wheeling hobby had the Model 3.

While you don't need the tip now that you have the bender, the key to preventing tube from collapsing when being bent without a tube bender,
is to weld a cap on one end, pack the tube with sand, then weld a cap on the other. With no where for the sand to go, the sand supports inner section
of the tube, preventing it from collapsing.
