Rebuilding twisted backhoe boom

I bought a JD970 with a twisted backhoe boom. Couldn't pass up the price on Craigs list. For a while I thought I bit off more than I can chew, but it came out OK. Biggest cost was getting the hydraulic cylinder rebuilt. All is well , came out good.

The previous owner said it rolled backwards out of the garage and went into the ditch across the street
