I'm a hobbyist who never had a lesson from a welder and will probably never be considered a "good welder" but I can live with that.
I weld for my own use and enjoy working on my projects. Some of them have been tractor based projects including implements and a full small tractor, front end loader, back hoe build.
I'm retired from a utility company after 34 years and still run out of time/ day light often working into the wee hours.
