wire sticking

MIG, TIG, STICK, GAS,
Wire sticking to nozzle can be caused by several things.
if your wire feed "speed" too slow, it can stick to hot side of feed(burn back).
Some others are- not enough amperage, too much amperage, (most common)dirty weld area(rust, paint, and general junk) causes HAZ (heat affected zone) to get wonky and throws out all the trash which collects on the nozzle area, and eventually causes sticking.
Also lack of,or incorrect protective gases around HAZ.
Solution- first clean nozzle, then stick tip in jar of petroleum jelly. It will reduce "build up" on the head. Keep a jar of Vaseline in the welding cart.
If you are using "flux core" type wire, rather than gas, it by nature throws off a lot of crud. It a nasty business.

Dale: Sticking to the nozzle?
Unlikely.
TLee is correct in assuming things you did not include in your basic question.
Did you mean the output feed wire sticking to the torch's "contact" tip?
Many issues can, and will contribute to MIG wire sticking to the contact tip.
I have zero experience with flux MIG wire, beyond knowing it's not employed in shielded MIG welding.
Please explain your process, and why / what you are having a problem with.
Perhaps I could help you.
Respectfully, to all on this fine welding site,
Tom.

Hopefully you're using a contact tip? Wire really can't come in contact with the Nozzle. Maybe try not touching the nozzle to your work. If it gets filled with slag it can become conductive. Clean it out...3-4 reasons for burnbacks though.
