Was welding and acted like bad ground. Then wouldn't strike an arc. Feed works fine checked all connections. Even bit the bullet and replaced the PC board still does the same thing. No arc. I'm fairly handy with a multi meter. Comfortable around electricity. Welder might have 5 hours on it. I'm running it on 220 volts.Does not have digital readout just the pots.

You'll need to call ESAB. That will be bad enough. The ESAB site on Welding Web has never had anyone from ESAB on it as far as I have ever seen. Tough Luck for you but hopefully it's something simple that even ESAB could help with.
